Day of coordination packages are perfect for the couple that want a professional coordinator to turn to who can coordinate vendors and details on their wedding day. 
 
Day of Package 1 Includes the Following:
  • Consultation via Zoom or Teams
  • Coordination Planning beginning 4 weeks out
  • Creation and management of wedding day timeline
  • Review and confirm all wedding day vendors
  • Distribute wedding day timeline to all vendors and venue
  • Attendance and direction of rehearsal
  • Ceremony and Reception Coordination
  • Wedding Day Coverage Arriving 4 Hours Prior to Event
  • Putting out any personal items, including favors, programs, signage, cake cutting set, bride and groom’s toasting flutes, and escort/place cards
  • Direction of the wedding party and family during ceremony and reception (i.e., letting everyone know where to stand during ceremony, when to walk down the aisle, how to line up for grand entrance, when they will be giving toasts, etc.)
Complete Day of coordination is perfect for the couple that wants a professional coordinator to turn to who can answer questions, offer advice and coordinate the details on the wedding day.

Complete Day of Coordination Includes the Following:

  • Coordination planning beginning 8 weeks out to help with final details
  • Vendor recommendations via Preferred Vendor List
  • Help with Invitation Suite (Proof Reading/Etiquette)
  • Creation and management of wedding day timeline
  • Review and confirm all wedding day vendors
  • Attend final venue walkthrough
  • Informing vendors of any changes after final meeting
  • Distribute Wedding Day Timeline to all vendors and venue

Partial wedding planning is perfect for the couple who has a portion of the planning under control or has already completed portions of their planning but requires help with vendors and details. The couple has the venue and maybe some of the major vendors secured as well as the design, vision, and scope of the wedding done. Less than full wedding planning, this option is good for those who like to have a hands- on experience in planning their special day but need help along the way. Our professional planning assistance is used as a guide along the course of planning to create the WOW factor for your wedding day.

  • Everything included in Day of Packages +
  • Wedding Planning Checklist (A Month-to-Month Guide)
  • Wedding Budget Guide
  • Vendor recommendations per initial client meeting with some introductions
  • Vendor contract reviews
  • Guidance with hotel room blocks and bookings
  • Attendance via Zoom or phone at three final vendor meetings of couple’s choice (if additional are needed they can be added for an additional fee)
  • Monthly Check-In to ensure couple is on track with planning
  • Available via email or phone for questions or concerns
  • Planner takes over 3 months out to help design final details and finalize all vendors
  • Partial Planning Packages can be customized to fit the needs of the couple
