Day of coordination packages are perfect for the couple that want a professional coordinator to turn to who can coordinate vendors and details on their wedding day.
Day of Package 1 Includes the Following:
Consultation via Zoom or Teams
Coordination Planning beginning 4 weeks out
Creation and management of wedding day timeline
Review and confirm all wedding day vendors
Distribute wedding day timeline to all vendors and venue
Attendance and direction of rehearsal
Ceremony and Reception Coordination
Wedding Day Coverage Arriving 4 Hours Prior to Event
Putting out any personal items, including favors, programs, signage, cake cutting set, bride and groom’s toasting flutes, and escort/place cards
Direction of the wedding party and family during ceremony and reception (i.e., letting everyone know where to stand during ceremony, when to walk down the aisle, how to line up for grand entrance, when they will be giving toasts, etc.)
