• All events require a security officer - 1 officer per every 100 guests
• A $500 deposit is due at contract signing. The remaining amount will be paid in customized monthly payments discussed between you and your Classic Oaks point of contact. The full amount of your venue contract must be paid in full 2-months prior to your event date.
