What is included with the venue rental?
Your venue rental includes full access to the venue, including bridal suite, groom lounge, outdoor ceremony space and pavilion. We will provide all of your tables, chairs, linens, napkins, china, glassware and silverware. You can start your wedding day preparations as early as 10am on wedding day! In addition to wedding day, your rental includes a one-hour photo session for you to use for engagement, save-the-date or bridal/groom photos. These must be scheduled in advance.
How long do we have the venue?
10am - 12am
*events must end by 11pm for vendor strike -- all vendors and personal decor/belongings must be off site by midnight
How do payments work?
We have very flexible payment plans for the venue. You can break it down into monthly payments, up to 60 days prior to wedding day. You can make venue rental payments through HoneyBook! Catering payments are handled directly through Beyond the Box.
Are there bridal and groom suites?
Yes, Classic Oaks offers both! The bridal suite is located upstairs - it is 1,400 square feet with a kitchenette, full bathroom and salon. The groom suite is on the lower level with a kitchenette, TV and full bath.
Are there any decorating restrictions?
The usage of live flame candles in centerpieces is permitted only with approval from Classic Oaks personnel. All candles must be contained in a glass container taller than the flame.
No rice, glitter, confetti or other unapproved "celebration materials" shall be allowed inside or outside the facility
Sparklers are never allowed during a burn ban.
No nails, staples, screws, pins, tape or adhesive of any kind may be put into walls, ceilings or floors. No adhesive tapes including scotch, masking, and duct tape may be placed on any surfaces.
Does the venue offer linens?
Yes! Ivory polyester linens are included with your venue rental. Additional colors and fabrics are available as an upgrade.
Can we choose our own vendors?
The only vendor we require you to use is our in-house caterer Beyond the Box. You are welcome to choose any other vendor you would like! We have our preferred vendors we are happy to share with our booked couples as well.
We strongly recommend hiring a planner or month of coordinator to help your day run perfectly! We do not assist with executing ceremony or other timeline details.
How does catering work?
Beyond the Box is our exclusive caterer. They offer a wider variety of menu options, suitable for every budget and palate.
